I apologize to all members of groupstudy and the owners of this mailing list for responding to this email. Our company doesn't use this board to advertise our product, unlike others, we only monitor it.
Dear Mr. Atwater,
I hear your name for the first time. You've never ordered any products from us. Joshua who responded to Ivan's question actually owns our workbook. If you have access to our product and see problems with the content, please feel free to email us at sp@iementor.com. We'll be more than happy to hear what you found. I haven't heard such comments from any of our customers yet, so I can only assume who your represent. The same who that are buying our workbooks to help develop their own and then spread false comments to other folks. We don't mind, it's part of competition. Our customers are happy and we keep them happy. We respond to emails and calls within 48 hours. We've never seen any email, call or voicemail from you, Mr. Atwater.
And no, we are not trying to make you use our racks. Our topology has nearly the same number of routers as the real lab. You are forgetting the backbone routers. You are also forgetting that it doesn't really matter how many CEs you have, extra 1 or 2 won't complicate things. Other workbooks require you to change topology for each of the labs, ours don't.
On the contrary, we actually offer our vracks for free to our customers. Yes, for free, nothing wrong with that. Just ask. We are more interested in seeing our customers pass the lab than make extra cash.
Regards,
Robert Schuster
