Yes, I bought one of their workbooks and it was horrible! Full of errors and their support is bad to boot. The number of routers they use is crazy. I think they just try to make you use their racks after you purchase their error ridden book. I tried to email and call their support, but no one ever returns my phone calls or emails. I would not suggest purchasing from them. There are better options out there.
