The combination of PBR and MQC(User-Based Rate-limit)

Hi, folks

I have a question about the user-based rate-limiting function on Sup720.

Say if I applied PBR and Service-Policy command on Vlan1 at the same time.
My PBR will be simply redirect traffic which sourced from 10.x.x.x to
a NAT devices,but I also want to do user-based rate-limiting on these
10.x.x.x users.
Will both of them work or not?
Any one have experience about this?
Because I don't have the Lab devices for testing , and the customer
did not allow me to do such test on their 6500. :(

Any comments are appreciated.
