You could plug it into a 3600 or 3800.
You may also consider perhaps sourcing 2x WIC-2T (This is what I actually
used in my home lab).

You could source a NM-2W and plug two wic-1T's in there. Add a further two
WIC-1T's (or even WIC-2T's in the built in WIC slots). That would give you
four or six interfaces respectively.

Just bear in mind you can make use of f/relay back-to-back topology using no
keepalives which is recommended method for this type of interconnection.

Sell your nm-4t and buy 4a/s.

I couldn't agree more with you - building your own personal ccie rack is
v/expensive and can be frustrating to say the least. But hey, no one ever
said it was going to be cheap or easy, and imagine what life would be like
without modular routers.

Thanks all for the information.

Oh ... brother ... what a mistake to build a ccie home lab :-((
is there any workaround ? ... upgrade IOS maybe ?
I really don't know if NM-4T is not supported ..... I know the choise is NM
4t and nm 4as ... but i choose 4t over 4 as as it support higher bw
