Oh ... brother ... what a mistake to build a ccie home lab :-((
is there any workaround ? ... upgrade IOS maybe ?
I really don't know if NM-4T is not supported ..... I know the choise is NM
4t and nm 4as ... but i choose 4t over 4 as as it support higher bw
