Certifications are virtually meaningless without experience to go with
it....
What you should look at is the market where you are at, and quite blatantly,
ask yourself "What DO you want to do?" That will help solidify your goals
and perhaps give you a path along which to travel.
Relatively few hold both Juniper and Cisco certs. Most likely those that do
either have a job as a consultant, or with a partner that works on both
sides. But it seems a silly question to lay out a litany of things to go
after without anyone knowing what you'd like to do with your life. :)
In the meantime, while paths and goals are nice to have and help plan
things, it's also a good idea to get one of them done before discussing the
series of what's next. Get the CCIE first, and having gone down that path,
you may help answer your own question as your ideas of what you like and
what you don't like may change along the way.
Just my two cents.

Should I consider certifying in novell after cisco and linux - I've noticed
most of the ccies also hold juniper credentials as well , any reason why?.
