Hi, Elias

I remember that Brian had mentioned about this before, but I forgot the URL.
All I can remember is the Tc is variable according to your CIR value.

See below
Rack1R1#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
Rack1R1(config)#map-class frame-relay FRTS
Rack1R1(config-map-class)#frame-relay cir 5000000
Rack1R1(config-map-class)#^Z
Rack1R1#sh run | i cir
*Mar 4 16:23:49.064: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by console
Rack1R1#sh run | i cir
 frame-relay cir 5000000
Rack1R1#sh traffic-shap
