If the section says it's worth 10 points, then it's all or nothing.
However, most of the time you'll find things worth between 1 and 4 points,
so while multicast may be 10 points total, it will likely be something like
3+3+4 in subsections. So you COULD get some sections correct. But still,
if you miss something inside a point section there is no partial credit.

To my knowledge you get points per subsection. And I would typically expect
somewhere around 50 points of core topics. So know it well and configure it
correctly.
