So you mean if the host has already boot up(it can reply against ping), we
don't have to exclude the IP address(gateway,DNS etc...) explicitly. But I'm
concerned about duplicating of addresses(fixed address and dynamic address),
therefore I'll exclude these address.
Is it proper recognition ?
