Will be a while before that happens. Even if it does for a home lab a 3550 should suffice. And hope they don't coz it would be that much more hadrded for me to chip in another 4000 for a switch.

Talking about that, I've hear that the EOL of the 3550 is neer 8th of May do you think that is will be replaced also for the CCIE Labs soon?
