In terms of LSA origination, no, as all routers in an OSPF area need to have
the same database to work with.
However depending on what you want to do, there are options like filtering
routes out of specific router's routing tables, or doing something like
using the neighbor database-filter command could have an effect.
It all depends on exactly what you want to achieve.
