Technically - yes. But I think it is a matter of policy. Site-local IPv&
addresses should be treated as RFC1918 IPv4 addresses. So do you expect this
for IPv4? There should be some regulations here http://www.6bone.net/since
they taking IPv6 seriously. :-), Seriously, when it is time for IPv6, those
guys will be high-rank advisers to the rest of the world.
