best practice with time zones?

Hi Group!

I need an advice from those who run services across the Globe.

How do you deal with time zones for central syslog?

I am logging stuff from 15+ remote offices sitting in 7 different time
zones and sometimes it is a bit confusing to correlate connected events
from different places.

My guess would be to keep one time zone across the devices...
