I guess so... the fine line here is how to apply this mcast rate-limit..
inbound or outbound ... for example if they ask "rate-limit traffic for
mcast group 224.1.1.1 to 50 KBps on fa0/1 of router R6" ... Does this mean
that receivers are conected to this interface or multicast source?

Good approach is probably to apply it in both directions. :-)
