Guys,

I want to get in to Cisco IP Telephony and want to know where I should start
from and what the best to climb the ropes. I come from R&S and Security
background

Do you recommend training courses or buy my home lab. What should I buy if I
want to learn at home?

Any books and CBT

I am thinking to take it as a hobby and I think it will be good fun :)
