If you have both a static and dynamic (Auto RP or BSR) assignment, then the
dynamic one actually wins (very odd, but true). So if you want the manual
assignment to stick, like one RP for one specific group, then use the
"override" parameter. You'd see an allusion to this in the command
reference guide as well.
