when u give the command overide what cisco doc cd tells is this
ip pim rp-address rp-address [access-list] [override] [bidir]
override - (Optional) Indicates that if there is a conflict, the RP
configured with this command prevails over the RP learned by Auto-RP
which inturn means just make this static rp more prefered that the rp
learned by the Auto Rp.. when there is no conflict
