can I have different domain name if running transparent mode?

Hi,

If I run two switches, one in server mode and other at transparent mode, can
I have different vtp domain name at both the switches? I think I don't have
any issues here as the two switches will not participate in VTP.

Please suggest me any issue I may run into here..
