Hello,
First, "no igmp snooping vlan 1363" is required to enable static
multicast MAC address mapping on VLAN 1363.
Secondly , the static MAC address mapping is performed, thereby
constraining EIGRP multicast MAC just to three ports (routers R1,R3,R6).
No one else will be able to listen to EIGRP multicasts on VLAN 1363.
Lastly, just not to annoy three routers (R1, R6, R3) with EIGRP multicasts
from BB router (they suddenly think they HAVE adjacency), EIGRP packets
from BB router are filtered.
