i have a question in dampening on interface e0/0

i want to withdraw the interface if it flaps for 5 times in 50
seconds... and rest of the values left to defaults

my solutions are

half life is 10 seconds
reuse limit 1000
suppress limit is 5000
max suppress is 50 Seconds
