I read that e-mail about a half-year ago :) It's brilliant, but it was not
enough
for me :) Bruce' paper provides some extremely useful heuristics to deal
with
redistribution in real life/lab.
On the other hand, i looked for "unversal formal way" of doing
redistribution.
(maybe that's because of my PhD studies, okay, don't blame me too much :)
This way may be complex, but i just loved the idea of universality. So i
come up
with some suggestions, which i presented in my paper.
And btw, wiki site is launched, althought not all papers are well-formatted
