i don't think this is true. but to be sure you should
do what i did and that is ask.

i asked which ios version will be used. i looked up
the feature set and there's no ipsec in the ios, so no
ipsec vpn's in the lab. don't know what the ios is now
so maybe there will be. just ask and you'll know.
