No, i think that won't do it.

You see, forward-time is time interval for listening and learning statates -
separately.

That is, a port remains for <forward_time> seconds in listening state, and
another <forward_time> seconds in learning state.

A total of 2x forward-time, which is 10 in your case. And we need to get
port up & running in just 5 seconds.

To the extend of my knowledge, that could be accomplished only with
porfast/uplinkfast extensions, or RSTP protocol.
