What type of tftp-server are you using? I ran into a
similar issue when attempting to download a 70MB
Sup720 image from our unix tftp server and it would
die after 32MB (although not from rommon). TAC
recommended the tftp-server below which I was able to
use successfully. The other option we had was ftp
from our unix server, however don't think you have
that option from rommon.
