IPSEC VPN and QoS

Hello,

I wanted to ask. Are there any consernes with QoS when deploying IPSEC
VPNS?? Are some features or concernes outthere??

For example I want to configure two IPSEC vpns on the single physical fe
port. And want to give 560k to first vpn and only 1500k to the second one.
Could I configure here the simple QoS (which method would be prefferable?)
by just matching by the access-list the traffic I want to limit. Any ideas?
