I have just setup trunks between Foundry switches & Cisco 7600's... LACP
worked beautifully. So now I am sold on using it all the time, even with
Cisco-Cisco channels.

At least until someone can show me the downside to using the standard.

Subject: Best Practice - Etherchannel PAgP or LACP

Quick question about setting up etherchannels both l2 and l3.

If asked to setup an etherchannel and there is no specification of Cisco or
Standards based, what do you all typically do?

I am just curious as to pitfalls you all may have seen using either PAgP or
LACP, in terms of other functions or configuration dependencies, if any.

Thanks,

Wayne
