Passive-interface question

Hello!

Assuming a network like this:

R1(s0)----------->(s0)R2
| (s1) |
| |
| |
V(s1) |
R3----------------Company Network

Remote site R1 has two legs to company's core network for redandency. Router
protocol is EIGRP. The path to R2 is primary and the path to R3 is
secondary. If R2 se0 configured as passive-interface and R3 s1 configured as
passive-interface too. Can R1 still communicate to Canpany Network? How the
traffice flow?
