It is odd that all of the interfaces are bouncing. Did you try
reloading the Frame Relay switch? Also can you disable the Frame Relay
configuration on all of the routers including the 4500 and see if the
routers show up via CDP from the 4500?

Subject: Frame - Relay Line Protocol is bouncing.
Hi
I have my Cisco 4500 router with 8 serial modules in it, which is acting
as
my frame-relay switch. It was working fine untill recently.
what is happening is Line Protocol is not coming up or i should say it
is
bouncing. Interface is up but line protocol is down. this is happening
on
both frame relay switch and frame relay client routers .
below is config from Frame Relay switch and my routers.
I change the clocking rate on my frame relay switch to 56000, 64000 etc
but
invain. Also i am confirming the physical cabling.
My Frame Relay client routers are Cisco 2610 routers, whith WIC1T
modules
and in some i have NM-4A/S 4* *
