What should be the access-list if asked in a Question that

All HTTP traffic Goinging towards the Backbone Router.?

How do we know the the question is asking about the traffic

From the WEB server or towards the Webserver.

And also where the webserver is , whether inside the Bacbone cloud or in side the
pod.

Will MATCH protocol HTTP will be enough ?
