I've had similar problems with some of the 12.3 IOS on the 2500 series.
Evidently there was a memory leak in the code and I would get an error that
said the system was out of memory. A reboot would fix the problem for two
or three days but then it would always reappear.
For a 2511 TS, you don't need anything special as far as IOS goes so try
back-revving it to some 12.2 version or something, assuming you are running
12.3 now.

DO you get any error messages or other output you can post? You mentioned
replacing the flash memory - did you also try replacing the main memory?

I have reload IOS and replace flash memory. But the problem reoccurs again
after working properly 3 days. What the problem could be? Bootstrap?
Please advise!!!
