OK, I think I have cracked some type of code to get a decent search
back....However, I can not test this theory until I am actually taking
my lab...However, some of you may want to try this and let us all know
if it works.

Go into the new search window, search what ever it is you want, lets say
EIGRP. When the return comes back with all of the search results, you
will have the option to search for something new again in the top, but
this time it is a single box.

At this point, search the iten you are looking for. Now, here is the
killer, it seems as though they are no longer matching on +univercd.
So, try to match on eigrp +ios122 or +ios123 or +ios123newft. You will
see results come back with what you are looking for and it is matching
on the /ios122/ in the univercd URL. For some reason it is no longer
matching on +univercd....no idea why, but it is matching on other key
words that are always in the cddoc url.

Try it out, provide feedback or if you have a better way, provide that.
I know the best way, just know where everything is on the sight, and I
pretty much resign to that way as well, however, it is always good to
have a way to find that one obscure thing they ask you for, like
rsh/rcmd...or to find it in 12.4 wich is different (although easier
than) 12.3 or 12.2.

I also agree with you HM... my lab is also very very soon... i am
SCREAMING FOR HELP !!! does anyone even know?

I am thinking there is a problem on the seach engine itself....

HM C <honming@hotmail.com> wrote: I tried using the new search function
with whatever way I know to try to limit the search to univercd(online
doc cd) but with NO SUCCESS at all!!!

Does anyone know how to use the new search for CCIE lab?

My lab is next week. It's very distrubing to hear that some guy in this
groupstudy mentioned his search doesn't work during his lab last
week!!!!

Hm
