QoS / CBWFQ Question

Hi,
With the following information given only; how would you divide the bandwith on the subinterface basis.
Second the interface is Frame-Relay interface, so is it necessary to enable the Frame Relay Traffic Shapping or we can simply use the CBWFQ like we use on any serial inteface?

Question:
R1 Serial interface has two sub-interface.
Apply QoS to corresponding sub-interfaces.
Apply QoS according to the following info.
Subinterface ip address and bandwidth to be allocated are as follows:
A. 0/0.1 : 192.168.1.0/24 bandwidth 10%
B. 0/0.1 : 192.168.1.0/24 bandwidth 20%
C.Critical Voice traffic bandwidth 50%
