I used the catos to ios coversion tool with the non-default configuration from catos then merged it with the msfc configuration. Was done in 10 minutes. I have helped 6 or 7 customers go from sup2's with hybrid to native with 720s. You might want to consider modular ios if you are upgrading as well.

I second the recommendation of doing the config conversion by hand. I
recently had to do this (sup2/msfc2/hybrid -> sup720/native). I used my
MSFC config as a starting point and then went through the CatOS config line
by line manually adding the equivalent IOS command to my old MSFC config
until I ened up with a full IOS config. Good luck!
