IPV6 Tunnel question

Hi

I am doing Internetwork Expert Lab 11, section 7.2 (IPV6 tunnel).

1) The question is creating tunnel using default encapsulation. Is it asked
to create GRE tunnel.

2) When we create tunnel, is it good practice to use loop back interface IP
as the source and destination?? Based on the solution guide, they have used
the WAN interface IP.

3) The question is to create full mesh tunnel between three routers (R1, R4
& R6), based on the solution guide, There is no source and destination IP is
configured for the tunnel between R1 & R4. Only the IPv6 address configured.
is it correct?

Please advice me on this, thanks in advance.
