IPerf is a nice tool thanks for that link, but if you like one for
Windoze, http://www.st.rim.or.jp/~yumo/index.html

It does not give you report of nothing, and with the help of the CLI
command or the web administration page of the networking device you can
do your troubleshooting.

Also in Cisco Devices there is something called RTR
