Native VLAN questions

What happens if you assign a subinterface on a router with a native vlan,
and have an ip address configured on the physical interface? Will both the
1.1.1.0 network, and the 2.2.2.0 network get sent as untagged? Is this like
mixing 2 IP subnets on a hub.
Is there ever a need to have both "sw tru nat vlan 22" and "sw acc vlan 22",
or some other combinations of vlan numbers configured on the same
switchport?
