Hello Group,
I work for a service provider in India currently a silver partner with Cisco
but aspiring for gold partnership. My CCIE number is curently not being used
for maintaining silver status as per my employer but I am not sure about it.
I would like to know if there is an agreement done between CCIE employee and
Cisco or employer whereby it states that CCIE employee agrees to provide
his/her CCIE number towards Cisco partnership. The reason I need to know
this is because I have a good opportunity for a Cisco gold partner but
they will require my CCIE number for this agreement. As per Cisco policy, if
a partner hires CCIE from another service partner, then new partner will not
be able to utilize CCIE number for 1 year.
Any inputs on this will be appreciated.
