Using Anycast RP

I am working on a practise lab which doesn't have answers. The multicast section is asking to make sure a specific router in the domain to be the RP, under the condition that I do not manually configure a static rp or auto-rp.
   
  I wonder in this case, if MSDP is a valid solution.
