I found an answer on the Cisco website. The url for the link is
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps5763/products_system_message_g
uide_chapter09186a00804aed30.html#wp88367
Here is a summary of two of the message log output explanations:
Error Message
%ACL-IPV6_ACL-6-IPACCESSLOGDP access-list [chars] ([dec]) [chars] [chars]
[chars] [chars]- [chars] ([dec]/[dec]), [dec] packet[chars]
Explanation A packet matching the log criteria for the given access list
was detected.
Recommended Action No action is required.
Error Message
%ACL-IPV6_ACL-6-IPACCESSLOGNP access-list [chars] ([dec]) [chars] [dec]
[chars] [chars]- [chars], [dec] packet[chars]
Explanation A packet matching the log criteria for the given access list
was detected.
Recommended Action No action is required.
So it appears that for all the mnemonics Mark listed the explanation is it
is a packet matching the log criteria for the access list :)
Doesn't exactly answer the question does it - thought it was funny though
that they went to the effort of listing all the various messages only to
provide the exact same explanation for what it means. Seems like it would
have been more streamlined if they just used one mnemonic - hehe

That and...
If anybody can elaborate on the mnemonic(s):
IPACCESSLOGDP
vs
IPACCESSLOGNP
vs
IPACCESSLOGP
vs
IPACCESSLOGRP
vs
IPACCESSLOGS
I am a bit curious about that part myself.
(Aside from "A packet matching the log criteria for the given access list
has
been detected")

Yes, I know that it is matching a specific access-list, that was really
cleare... what I was wandering is the "0.0.0.0" output in the line.. what
Does that mean.. I just wanted to make sure this is nothing I need to be
