No, this is not allowed to do in the lab unless they specific ask
for it... anyway I am sure the lab is not made to test if you are
able to set a enable or line password on a router. So my advice is to get
Rid of that habit, so you don't do I by mistake in the lab..

I need your valuable advice on my this thought.When ever I do some lab as my
regular way of doing things I type
Service password-encryption
line vty 0 4
login
password cisco

enablse secret cisco

This I do with all my labs and each router involved in the LAB but I have
never seen any lab asking to do this .so what am I doing is right is it
allowed to do so in the LAB ?

Please give your valuable inputs on this thought of mine :)...
