Save "Show" output to different file in tftp/flash

Hi,
I had a scenario that need me to collect the statistic of "show
interface" output every 2 minutes in a C3750 switch.
The output is preferable to save in either tftp / flash.

I think "kron" and "| redirect" can be use in this scenario. But, the
output can not be append to a single file.
As a result I need to save the output to a new file every 2 minutes.

How can I save the output with a timestamp as the filename?
