There are two ways you can do this .
A) Neighbor Advertise-map (

b) Inject-map (

Both A and B does exactly the same , they check for a presence or absence of
a prefix and based on the result a decision on advertisement of some other
prefixes will be taken ( Conditional Advertisement ) .
However B has unique capability that the prefix that will be conditionally
advertised need not exists on both routing table and also in BGP table .
Pls. Note : Aggregate route propagation can also be viewed as conditional
advertisement . But your options with you are severely restricted .
