Hi Pandi,
It is not necessary to configure the "bgp router-id", anyway it is easier to
identify the router running bgp, when you check neighbor connection (using
show ip bgp sum).
Anyway if you change the "bgp router-id" the peer connection will be
disconnected.
I think we should enter the "bgp router-id" command on every routers running
bgp.
