Configure bandwidth and delay to be same on both serial interface serial
interface

eg :

int ser 1
   bandwidth 100000
   delay 10
int ser 2
   bandwidth 100000
   delay 10

Pls. Note : By default only bandwidth and delay is used for metric
calculaton . If you have not played around with your K values and leave it
to their default , this will definitely solve the requirements of your
question.

Also note that , by this way what you can achive is Equal-Cost Load
Balancing . For unequal cost loadbalancing Variance is only way !!!
