Assuming this is a native frame-relay int there is no broadcast capability
so you would have to send your update as a unicast transmission by using the
frame-relay map command, this applies only to multi-point interfaces. Native
broadcast and multicast tranmission are not supported on NBMA
media..........add the broadcast keyword at the end of frame-relay map
command.
