Doubt about OSPF Summarization - replies are very welcome

Hi everyone, I'm about to start a lab where one of requirements is in
OSPF to summarize one area 11 to a minimum lenght prefix so that some
routers can see only one entry for this area but the loopback of the
Switch and Routers in that area doesn't include in the Summary. The
diagram is: R6 --- R3 (ABR) --- SW2 --- R1 (all these routers are in
the area 11) R6 (8.8/24)-------------- F/R ------------------ (8.7/24)-
R1 | | (9.6/24) OSPF
AREA 11 (10.1/24)
       | |
      -----vlan_c----------------- --(11.8/24)-----SW2--10.6/24-
  | | | | (9.3/24) (11.3/24)
     | | R3 (ABR) So I'm assuming
that I need to configure the area 11 range on R3 and on R1 that there is
another OSPF area connected I can use the area 11 filter-list out and
here on R1 created a prefix-list with the IP addresses of the loopbacks
that I don't want to be included into the summary on R3 so basically a
prefix-list with a deny of the loopback of the SW2 and Router's
loopbacks. In the Lab workbook it says: R3:router ospf 3area 11 range
x.x.8.0 255.255.255.0 R1:ip prefix-list LB0 seq 10 permit x.x.1.0/24ip
prefix-list LB0 seq 20 permit x.x.6.0/24ip prefix-list LB0 seq 30 permit
x.x.8.8/32 (I guess being /32 because there is a /24 configured for the
serial interface between R6 and R1 router ospf 1area 11 filter-list out
LB0 But my question is in the prefix-list it's not suppose to be deny for
the IP of the loopbacks or permit is fine for this configuration? Any
comments are very welcome, Thanks, Andy
