Thanks Cris, one interesting thing to note, is that in this
configuration listed below, cef is disabled on the incoming and outgoing
interface, and packets were still not begin matched when FRTS was
configured via the map class. Upon disabling frame-relay traffic
shaping, and applying the policy map directly to the interface, packets
began to match. Now to see if it helps my audio quality when there's
congestion on the line.
