Just the syntax is the different. The reason of the change is probably that
SLA is more meaningful to non technical persons

Is there a difference between Service Assurance Agent and IP SLA?
The only difference I see is that SLA uses IP sla commands while SAA uses
RTR commands.

Can someone explain the benefit of one over the other?
