That's odd, from a teaching point view. According to the website and a
colleague of mine, they taught in the class then had hands-on training
as
well. Like a 60/40 split of lecture and hands-on..

I just attended their R&S bootcamp last week. It was very informal...the
workbook was OK (I didn't receive it early as promised)...the greatest
benefit was the one-on-one 24-hr rack time that was provided and being
away from any distractions. The labs were decent and covered the
material quite well. The instructor was very knowledgeable (R&S/Voice
CCIE and working on Security), but he wasn't there to teach just to
assist with equipment and answer questions.
