I actually did my CCIP first, which includes a QoS exam, I did a Cisco
QoS course with Azlan Training.
It made a rather dense and at first seemingly impenatrable subject make
a lot of sense. It's actually all quite straightforward when you look at
it from the right angle. All I had to do then was add in the bits they
didn't teach in the course (the course was based on MQC) and do my own
study on the frame side of things.
